Scott was professional and friendly - he felt knowledgable and gave me more confidence in the valuation process than two others I had seen. I felt no pressure to sell there and then. I asked for time to think and he left the room and when I did decide to sell the process was instant I am happy with my decision to convert unworn jewellery that was sitting in a drawer for sentimental reasons into money. Scott was very professional and helpful when I wanted to sell some inherited jewellery and create a bespoke necklace using some of the silver and stones. I would not have worn the things I inherrited but love that they live on to be enjoyed in a new, beautiful necklace. The whole process from selling to receiving my new necklace was easy. I had gone to the Google Maps location opposite the castle but I think he is frequently out on home visits and wasn’t there. However, when I contacted him on WhatsApp, he replied very quickly and was happy to pay a home visit that day. He assessed all of my jewellery, mostly sterling silver items or costume jewellery but also a pair of diamond earrings. I wanted a clear out so he offered to give me a price for the low value items based on overall weight of the silver. He also said he was able to make use of/recycle old costume jewellery items which was much better than them going to landfill. He was very personable and knowledgeable. We agreed a price and he made payment via a bank transfer immediately. I was happy with my experience and would recommend - don’t let his lack of presence at the Windsor location deter you.
